Title : Asset Management Administrator
Description :The purpose of this role is to assist the Asset Management Department in the accurate and timely settlement of dealing instructions and allocation of entitlements on behalf of the group's policyholders in line with Company service standards, FSA and the group's Investment Governance Regulations. Duties will include: • To chase and receive all outstanding deal confirmations. • To monitor and correctly allocate all faxes and emails received • To accurately input all deal confirmations received • To produce duplicate client contract notes when requested by the business / Policyholders • To assist the Asset Management team in sending all required documentation in the post to the Fund Managers / Fund Administrators. • To make sure all dealing confirmations are scanned daily. • To assist with preparation of the statements and vouchers to allow entitlements to be applied accurately and in a timely manner. • To assist with the collection of data / information for queries. • To assist the Management Team with administrative tasks where necessary. Consideration will be given to school leavers with good grades, holding at least Grade C or higher in Mathematics and English who are looking for their first introduction into the life assurance industry.
Salary :£13,000 - £17,000

Title : Facilities Support Administrator
Description :The purose of this role is to: • Assist the Contracts Officer in the production of contract documentation and the associated management processes • Assist the Procurement Officer in the administration of the Purchase Order production and Invoice preparation and scanning • Assist the Procurement Officer in the process of Goods Receipt (will include some lifting and carrying) • Assist the Facilities Manager in monitoring and managing the day to day support calls (will include some lifting and carrying as well as working at heights) • Assist the Health and Safety Officer in the managing of Eye Test, Display Station Evaluation forms and Environmental Initiatives • Provide admin support the Head of Facilities and Procurement • Provide cover to the various functions of the team as required. • Administration Support for all functions of the Facilities and Procurement Department • Interaction with Suppliers and other parts of the Group • Some facilities hands -on support activities. Previous secretarial / Administration experience is required with the ability to be part of a busy team and no afraid to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.

Title : Senior Accounts Assistant
Description :Working within the Financial Operations - Payments, Treasury and Reconciliation section of Business Services you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks including the processing of customer Claim Payments, Treasury Cash Management and Reconciliation / investigation of bank and balance sheet accounts. Duties will include: • Helping to achieve company targets by clearing and reconciliations items on on a daily basis. • Investigating complex items liasing with other departments where necessary. • Assist in preparation of month end reconcilaitions schedules for all group companies. • Dealing with Customer Excellence queries accurately and within agreed deadlines. You will require a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of SAP Fico and AS400 would be preferred, however is not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Previous Accounts and / or Banking experience would be an advantage. You will also require the ability to work effectively under pressure within tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality work standards.
